How we rate your CV

In the free CV check we look at the same first-pass signals a recruiter uses: first impression, structure, relevance to a typical Swiss role, and the strength of your evidence. You receive an overall rating, the three most important improvements, and practical next steps—not generic praise, but priorities you can act on. We do this because small, ordered changes usually beat a full rewrite you cannot sustain.

We are not an ATS vendor: we do not run automated ‘keyword scores’ in secret. The rating is a human, experience-based judgement aimed at the Swiss market. If you later want deeper help (layout, story, or targeting), the check still gives a shared language to work from.
